Refund policy

To give our customers the confidence to shop with us, And/Or Studios offers a full  refund (excluding delivery fees) for items bought within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that our refund and exchange policy begins from the date of purchase, regardless of the delivery time.

Returned items should be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original and re-sellable condition.
• Returns will not be accepted if it has been sprayed with scented perfume.
• All returned items must have tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.
• Swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable
• Pre-orders are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet these points after inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Our existing refund and return policy is not applicable for pre-orders, swimwear, altered items, final sale items and sale codes greater than 15%.
